English Rose prides itself on making weddings a speciality. With our unrivalled experience we take great care to listen and liaise with brides and offer advice or suggestions as required.
With the increase in popularity of civil ceremonies we have assembled some of the best loved works and recorded them on CD. This enables couples to make informed and straightforward decisions about the music that they require. We recommend that music is played from about 15 minutes before the ceremony is due to start in order to fill the time before the bride makes her entrance. The signing of the register is another time to make the most of the Quartet by having your favourite piece of music performed to the highest standard. After the ceremony, the Quartet will herald the newly weds up the aisle and off to the reception. The advantage of a quartet is that we are easily moveable from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast! We have eight hours of music in our repertoire and can cater for most tastes with a wide range of pieces from Baroque Classics through to The Beatles; and if you wish we can also arrange your favourite tune for a small fee. Your wedding day should be a day that you will always remember and that will delight your guests. English Rose are professional musicians of the highest quality and provide charm and grace to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
Here are a few suggestions for wedding ceremony music. In most cases the entrance and exit music is interchangeable. Please feel free to ask our advice. Entrance of The Bride
Signing of the Register
Exit of the Bride and Groom
* optional solo trumpet ! not suitable for a civil wedding ceremony
